CCF | Tea

Ayurveda "miracle tea". Aids absorption of nutrients, improves digestion and stimulates the lymphatic system. 
Cumin seeds | Coriander seeds | Fennel seeds 
 
To use: Add 1 teaspoon per cup (feel free to grind too) to boiling water, brew 5+mins or cook on stove top. Seeds can be eaten too for added nutrients (I put mine on my breakfast) Drink first thing after cleaning the tongue. To make it easier, make up half the night before then add hot water in morning. 
All ingredients organic and sourced in Australia.
