SPRING EQUINOX SPECIAL BLISS CLASS 
Season of growth. Earth and Water. 
In the vedic traditions Spring is the season of growth. New flowers, buds, seeds, leaves start to show. The elements of Water and Earth are strongest giving us the most potent energy to advance.
We have flowed thru summers action and burn out to Autumns change, thru winters period of letting go and going in. 
Individual health can be challenged with allergies, viral infections, skin issues, autoimmune flare ups, temperature changes, mood changes and a new energy of motivation and / or feeling overwhelmed  as the year reaches its last months.  
But there are ancient guidelines to not only harness springs power but use its nectar to feel and function better, to become even healthier - physically, mentally and emotionally. 
We call this the art of Rituacharya : how to live with the season not fight it. 
According to Ayurvedic texts, Charaka Samhita & Ashtanga Hridaya 
In this nourishing and inspiring workshop you’ll learn all about the elements, traditional and modern recommendations for nutrition, herbal medicine, self care and yoga practices. 
We will dive into the wisdom of Ojas (vital energy and immunity) and Rasa + Pranavaha srotas (plasma + respiratory channels).
We will also touch on allergies and autoimmune conditions, the best ways to manage mental health and stress in spring and modern life. 
We will finish with a nourishing practice including pranayama, mudra, mantra, mediation and restorative asana practice. And ofcourse cocoon in a long cosy savasana.
You’ll receive a hand out with all we cover including practices, herbs, foods and recipes for winter. Plus a gift bag of traditionally made herbal products to support.
